By appointment only, property purchased may be picked up 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday, excluding university holidays. Using our forklift, we can assist, under the direction and supervision of the buyer. 然而, under no circumstances will the U of I assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping of the item.

The University of Idaho 盈余 requires auction winners to set up an appointment to receive their winnings. Property must be picked up 4 weeks from the close of auction or $5 fee a week will be charged for storage. If the item is not picked up within 10 weeks of the close of auction, you forfeit the item, and it will be relisted.
Buyer acknowledges that all U.S. export control laws and 规定 apply to the property purchased from the university, including the Export Administration Regulations of the U.S. Department of Commerce, which prohibit the export or re-export of products and technology to certain countries and persons. Buyer agrees to comply strictly with all U.S. 出口的法律, 规定, 订单, and assume sole responsibility for obtaining any required licenses to export or re-export products or technology.
PayMac handles all payments for the University of Idaho. Acceptable forms of payment are Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED! Payment for an awarded item MUST BE received within 5 business days of close of auction. A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. If applicable, this premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid. ALL sales are final. 公共盈余 will notify the buyer of receipt of payment via email. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or 公共盈余 will not release the item to you.
The University of Idaho may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
The successful bidder will be responsible for the removal of the item. The successful bidder will be responsible for the cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s) if necessary. The University of Idaho will charge a sales tax of 6% which will be calculated at the time of bidding on an item(s). For any tax exemptions, email surplus@dctdsj.com to get your paperwork in the system.
